We offer free shipping within the United States of America . For U.S. orders we ship out orders from various local warehouses across the US. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands require extra time for delivery.

    Your satisfaction as our loyal customer is our first priority. Because of the confidence that we have in our own products, we are able to offer our customers a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


     

    I. Return Eligibility Criteria

     

    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following mandatory criteria:

    • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item.

    • The item must be In original condition (resellable).

    • The item must be Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • The item must be returned In the original packaging.


     

    II. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

     

    Your return shipping costs and required procedure will be determined by the reason for the return:

     

    A. Merchant Fault Returns (Defective or Wrong Item)

     

    If the return is due to WarmkissHome’s error (e.g., received a defective product, received the wrong product, or received a product not as described), we will provide a solution, which typically involves a replacement or a full refund.

    • Shipping Cost: WarmkissHome covers all shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

    • Procedure: If you receive a product with the above issues, please hold the product and all original packaging. Contact us immediately with a photo or video of the issue. We will investigate, offer a solution, and ship out any replacements needed.

     

    B. Customer Fault Returns (Buyer's Remorse or Discretionary Returns)

     

    For returns initiated due to reasons falling under Customer Fault (also known as Buyer's Remorse or Discretionary Returns), such as, but not limited to: the customer deciding they no longer want the product, an incorrect size, color, or item being ordered by the customer.

    • Shipping Cost: The customer shall be fully responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping. This includes securing and paying for the return shipping label and ensuring the package is delivered to the designated return address. WarmkissHome will not reimburse return shipping fees for items returned due to Customer Fault.

    • Restocking Fee: WarmkissHome does not charge any restocking fees for returns.


     

    III. How Will I Be Refunded?

     

    Once your return is received and inspected by us to confirm it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund process immediately.

    1. Refund Method: The refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or other original payment account).

    2. Refund Timeline: The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days to complete and reflect in your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

    Please Note: Any original express shipping fees paid by the customer (if applicable) are non-refundable.


     

    IV. Shipping Damage Claims

     

    Although we check items carefully before shipping, we cannot control the shipment. If the item you receive is damaged during transportation, you must provide us with photographic or video evidence immediately.

    • Claim Period: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from the receipt of products. Please check your package thoroughly upon arrival.


     

    V. Return Process, Contact, and Return Address

     

    If there is a problem with your order or you wish to initiate a return, please contact us prior to sending back the products.

    • Authorization: DO NOT send back products without prior authorization. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service before shipping.

    • Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?

    We can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package has been shipped, we cannot change anything. Please get in touch with our customer service via email address:

    • Why I didn’t get an email about my order being shipped?

    After placing your order, we may need 1-3 business days to prepare your order. Note: this processing time ensures that your order is accurate and doesn’t include shipping time. We will inform you with an email after shipment or if there is any delay. If you can’t find an email seven days after placing the order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at email service@warmkisshome.com.

    • Does Warmkiss provide measurement size in their description? 

    To assist our esteemed customers better, we provide accurate measurements on the chart size; please use your measurements to compare with the Warmkiss size option or detailed sizing chart under the product description, which will assist you in picking the right size that suits you.

    We ship to Mainland U.S only(Except for the following areas: AK, AS, GU, HI, MH, MP, PW, PR, RI and PO BOX.

    • How long is the processing, shipping, and delivery shipping?

    Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

    Processing Time: After placing your order, we may need 1-3 business days to prepare. 
    Shipping Time: We will update the tracking number by email after the order has been shipped, and you can also find the tracking number in your account.
    Delivery time: may vary, especially during peak periods(it might take 2-3 more days than usual). 

    • Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

    We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
    1. Items are in different warehouses.
    2. Different items need additional preparation time.
    3. Weight limit of customs or courier.
    You will receive an email notification when each parcel is shipped.

    • Missing packages and how to go about it

    Packages are always delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbours. Always check your mailbox first and that of your neighbours first.     • What payment methods are available on Warmkiss?

    There are different payment options available on our website. We support Credit/Debit cards and PayPal.
    PayPal is a faster, easier and safer payment method. It is widely used in international online business. Even if you do not want to register a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card to go through the PayPal checkout process without any extra steps.
    Firstly, check the card details to make sure the information is correct. e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.

    • Common problems that occur during payment

    include incorrectly spelled names, and secondly, ensure you enter the security code correctly (the three-digit numbers on the back of your card). Lastly, your card issuer may have declined your payment. Please get in touch with the card issuing bank.

    • Why is a coupon code not working?

    Coupon codes are case-sensitive and must be entered as they appear on the coupon upon entering the e-coupon code. Some coupon codes are also unique and can only be used once. In addition, some coupons have an expiration date. Please make sure the coupon expiration date is yet to pass.
